Can you view that folder Imagine if you visit WP-Content/plugins? If so, upload that blank Index.html file inside that folder as well so people can't see what plugins you might have. Someone can use that to get access because if your version of WordPress is current, if you're using a plugin or an old plugin his comment is here using a security hole.
But realize that security is. Do not only be the type, take steps to start today protecting yourself. Don't let Joe the Hacker make your life miserable and turn all that you've worked so hard in creating come crashing down in a matter of moments.
